Conwy Young Women’s Project: this project supports and houses 5 vulnerable young women, between the ages of 16 and 21, working closely with Conwy Social Services. The project comprises a 3 bed space shared house and 2 bed spaces of floating support to enable young women who are pregnant, or with a young child, to be supported.
